Your privacy is important to us
In general, our policy is to keep the collection and processing of personal data down to the
minimum necessary for us to provide you with the services that you see on our web site. We want
this site to be first and foremost a blessing to you, and for you to enjoy it.
- We will not sell or disclose your personal information to anyone.
- We will only share personal information as required by law.
- We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who
have need to use that information to provide products or services to you.
- We maintain electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal
information we obtain about you.
What information do we collect?
We do not collect any unique personal information about you (such as your name,
e-mail address etc) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such
information.
We note and save such information as time of day, browser type and language with each
web page requested. This information is only used for statistical purposes and is not
identifiable in connection to any specific user. It does include your IP address--a
set of numbers that identifies your computer (or local area network) to the Internet.
While theoretically we could identify you from your IP address and the time of your
visit, in practice we would need to obtain this information from your Internet Service
Provider, and they would only part with such information for law enforcement purposes.
Our E-Newsletter
When you subscribe to our e-newsletter, you are asked to activate your subscription,
this is the recommended best practice for e-newsletter management as it provides you
with an assurance that you are only receiving it because you have asked to do so.
Subscriptions that are not activated within 30 days, or that are unsubscribed, are
automatically removed from our database. E-mail addresses added to this list are used
for the sole purpose of sending our e-newsletter to you, and are not shared with any
other party.
Contact Us and Online Application Forms
Personal information (name, address etc) provided in this manner is used only for
the purpose of processing your request or application. We will add you to our mailing
list only if you explicitly authorise us to do so.
Mailing List
We maintain a mailing list of people who have purchased materials from The Way of the
Spirit or attended our conferences or Kingdom Faith Revival College etc. This is used
for the sole purpose of sending out information onĀ teaching days, events and the like.
We only add people to this mailing list if they have given their consent to us to do so.
If you receive any unwanted mail from us, or multiple copies of any mailing, or if it
is going to the wrong address, please contact us
and help us to keep postage costs down.
Extracts from our mailing list are from time to time shared with our course
co-ordinators and Kingdom Faith covenant related churches under the strict condition
that they are used for the sole purpose of sending information about their activities
with The Way of the Spirit.
Online Shop
Our online shop uses cookies to store your shopping basket information and an
authentication token once you have logged in to the website. Your personal data is
stored securely on our computers and is used only for the purpose of fulfilling
your orders.
Cookies are not actively used on other parts of the website.
Third Party Advertising
We do not provide advertising for third parties other than for products and
services that in our sole opinion are of direct and important relevance to
The Way of the Spirit, or where we are required to do so by the terms and
conditions of any software or services used on this site. We do not use
"web bugs" (single pixel GIF images used on some web sites to help third party
advertisers to track visitors) or exchange data with any third party content
providers.
Visitors under 13 years of age
If you are under 13 years old, you must get the consent of your parent or
guardian before providing us with personal information. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.
