Payment
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your
order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until
it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You
may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received
your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate
acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in
pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply
a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always
contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Charges for shipping and handling are added to the purchase and will be confirmed
at the time of order.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, import fees,
handling fees and brokerage fees. These additional fees are not collected or controlled
by The Way of the Spirit. You should make sure that you have familiarised yourself with
the arrangements that apply to your country before you place your order.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of receipt so that you should receive it
within 3 to 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
The Way of the Spirit is not currently registered for VAT, so at this stage no orders are
subject to VAT.
Returns
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive
